Arrived in DC about 3pm this afternoon after an uneventful drive from Asheville. Went to Five Guys for dinner and then went on a slow tour of the old neighborhoods I used to run around in. Amazing how much changes and yet how much stays the same. So glad my dad had to leave this area. It's very cool but the traffic and amount of people per square inch is unbelievable. A once a decade visit is enough.
Can't wait till we get on the plane tomorrow. Will update more then.
